It has been reported that today (Monday, November 23, 2009,) Muslim rioters looted and burned Coptic Christian businesses in the village of Abou Shousha, which lies 25 KM (nearly 16 miles) from Farshoot where recent violence had taken place, reports Dan Wooding, founder of ASSIST Ministries.

“The terrorized Coptic inhabitants of Abou Shousha have stayed indoors, their shops are closed and their children are being kept away from school,” wrote Mary Abdelmassih in a story for the Assyrian ...

Procrastination brings stagnation

And even retrogression, damns

Progression and promotion.

Rely on the everlasting arms

And not on your own understanding

Prayerfully take steps of faith.

Look not to the cloud or wind.

We walk by faith, not by sight.

Follow Your Guide, the Holy Wind.

Let Him order your steps, guide you..

He knows the way you should take

To come into your Promised Land.

Trust in Him Who makes no mistakes

Each believer should be thirsting for God, for the living God, and longing to climb the hill of the Lord, and see Him face to face.

We ought not to rest content in the mists of the valley when the summit of Tabor awaits us. My soul thirsteth to drink deep of the cup which is reserved for those who reach the mountain's brow, and bathe their brows in heaven. Since no one can answer the question then God is imaginary, and Christianity is a complete illusion. Belief in God is nothing but a silly superstition, and this superstition leads a significant portion of the population to be delusional.

Apparently, the world is going to end on December 21st, 2012. Yes, you read correctly, in some way, shape or form, the Earth (or at least a large portion of humans on the planet) will cease to exist. Stop planning your careers, don't bother buying a house, and be sure to spend the last years of your life doing something you always wanted to do but never had the time. Now you have the time, four years of time, to enjoy yourselves before… the end.

Children of God By Fergus Davar

Hi people, today (15/11/09) we celebrated Children's Day in our Church. Well Children's Day in India is observed on 14th November but we celebrated it on the closest Sunday, since the whole Church gets together then. Most of you will know this but incase you don't then the reason why Children's day is celebrated on 14th November is because, our first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru was very fond of children & since his birthday fell on 14th November, we celebrate ...

The word refuge may be translated "mansion," or "abiding-place," which gives the thought that God is our abode, our home. There is a fulness and sweetness in the metaphor, for dear to our hearts is our home, although it be the humblest cottage, or the scantiest garret; and dearer far is our blessed God, in whom we live, and move, and have our being.

It is at home that we feel safe: we shut the world out and ...

The government, which is dominated by Muslim Malays, claims that the word Allah is Islamic and that its use in Bibles could upset Muslims.

The Roman Catholic Church is challenging the ban in court.

Religion has become highly sensitive in Malaysia, where about two-thirds of the population is Muslim.

If we have received Christ Himself in our inmost hearts, our new life will manifest its intimate acquaintance with Him by a walk of faith in Him. Walking implies action. Our religion is not to be confined to our closet; we must carry out into practical effect that which we believe. If a man walks in Christ, then he so acts as Christ would act; for Christ being in him, his hope, his love, his joy, his life, he is the reflex of the image of Jesus; ...

What communion has the redeemed with blindness?

What agreement has the ransomed with wickedness?

Church Giving

Our church gave openly not too long ago:

We invited charity which is involved in looking after the homeless- giving them shelter, food etc

The leader of the charity was invited to church and a cheque made out like a banner was offered to the Leader by our Pastor with pictures taken during the service. He was also given a platform to give his acceptance and thanks giving speech. The picture was published on the notice board of the Church at the back of the church main auditorium

For a financial harvest sow tithe and offering

President of International Christian Concern Jeff King: "It all started when there was a Christian wedding party and they were throwing confetti. ...

My Father in heaven, I thank You

For your goodness, love, creativity

I bow this day and give You Your due

No one compares to your majesty.

Thank You for reaching down to me

Through Jesus Christ, Your Son

And rescuing, ressuring, restoring me

Bringing me to your royal throne.

The maggot was made a masterpiece

The useless and hopeless was given hope

You put together all my broken pieces

Darkness reigned, you turned on the light of hope

I thank You for what ...
