Go after God.

Live in His Word.

Love His presence,

Without pretence.

Cherish His Voice

Make Him Your choice

Come to Him DAILY

Yield to Him truly.

Follow as He leads

To pastures, green fields

Lie down and feed

Until you’re filled

Forage not in the mud

Hold tight to His Word

Let it light your path

And impart to you, strength.

Onward Christian soldier

Advance, move forward ever

We are in a war front, danger zone

Refuel at the royal throne

Put on the whole armour

Let there be candour

Integrity purity

Cover all loopholes

Give them no bridgehead

Let your strength be in God

Cover yourself in the blood

Use the Name above all names

Put on the helmet

Mind your mind. Mate

Put on the Breastplate

Make sure you stand right

Hold on to the rhema Word.

When everything amounts to nothing

You say you have everything

But all you have is nothing

When you think you are full

But truly you are empty

Then it’s time to think again.

You think you’re sufficient

But you’re very deficient

That’s the Laodecean spirit

Where the show goes on

Even when the Spirit is has gone.

You’re neither hot nor cold

Satan has a stranglehold

You think you have vision

But you ‘re as blind as a bat

You only see earthly things

You must meet every opposition with defiance

Rely on God helping you, giving you a song.

Halloween is noting but hollow

A harbinger of great sorrow

To those who reject the Way, narrow

As they sacrifice their children

So they will sacrifice their place in heaven

They know not that are Satan serving.

What fellowship has light with darkness?

What communion has the redeemed with blindness?

What agreement has the ransomed with wickedness?

Come out from the world and be separate

Surrender fully and I will consecrate

Why would you in Satan’s forest forage?

And He will open the door

Sit still and sip, sup, devour Him.

In His presence is peace

Profound, no where else can be found

There your turmoil will cease

As He touches you to make you sound

Stay, pray, don’t stray, sing a song.

In His presence is prosperity

To help you leap over walls

There you also find security

So you can stand strong and tall

Reach for it, press for it, follow after it.

One of the Elect

Cover me over, like a tent Lord, with Thy pardon for my sin

Grant me that, enabling power; all sufficient, beginning to end

In the origin, of Thy excellence; in Thy virtue, so divine

In that condition, of Holy favor; in Thy free gift, for mankind

Let Thy influence or Thy spirit, regenerate and strengthen me

For I desire, that unmerited favor; Lord let Thy spirit, fall on me

Show Thy perfect, love unto me; my sinful soul let Thy uplift

Prevailing prayer is profuse

Frequent, incessant, expectant

When you wrestle with God,

Refusing to take, ‘No’ for an answer

As you plead your case for what’s your due.

It is bold but not brash, daring in faith

as you thug, like a bulldog, the promises of God

and say: ‘This is mine, Lord, according to Your Word.

You said, 'ask and you shall receive

Seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened;'

And You’re not a man that you should lie.

So Lord, do it, in Jesus ...

As we yield to Him

He works from within

Unfolding the New You

Hidden within You.

Know you are His field

Prune me to bear fruit

College football on Saturday; friends and ice cold beer

A round of shots for all my friends; the crowd erupts with cheers

And all the games watched that day; were chased with spicy hot wings

And haughty talk from vulgar mouths; of what next season brings

And what about those Sunday morns; when these saints have seen no wrong

Wherever you go

Wherever you might be

Remember to show

Teach the Gospel in word

But by example too

Let your voice be heard

Tell them how much I love you

Travel from land to land

And let your courage rise

For your Father is God

Let your life testify

While celebrating his 104th birthday, a man was ask about his long life

His answer was a bit unusual and I pondered his answer, later that night

He said this is just a meager portion, not big, not large, nor great

Small in importance and small in power; but the slice I gladly partake

Yes, this life is short in duration, its brief, a vapor; no, it’s not long

And yet all the stature and things I’ve amassed, will be left right here, when I’m gone

Beauty from Brokenness

Is the great work of God

Begins when we confess

That we’re lost, but for God.

It is a divine process

That takes time and effort

God addresses our blindness

As to prevent us from rut.

How long, depends on us

The quicker we learn, better

Depends on how yielded to Jesus

When His image is seen better.

For Moses it took 40 years

For Joseph it was 13 in all

For Abraham it took 25 years

So yield to the God above all.

Boast not in the flesh

But that you know Him

And belong to Him

Temptation will come

To think it’s all of you

Best is to resist it

Submitting to God

And He will help you

Give Him the glory

Say, ‘He must increase

And I must decrease

Glory be to Him

He is my wisdom

My ability and strength

And my everything.’

Sin, Severs, sows seeds of discord

Deceives, dilutes, drains God’s power

Sells out to Satan, brings the fall of man

Destroys destiny, shortens life, pollutes.

Sin separates, soils God’s sanctuary

Deals darkness, blindness, sadness

Sacrifices birthright like Esau and Saul

Damns, disunites, draws God’s anger.

Sin stops revival, sells lies and denies

Detracts, dulls sensitivity, kills creativity

Surrenders your future, affects others you love

Digs the valley of Achor, ...

Seek the Master's Face

Seek the Master's Face

He is the God of Hope

Run well the race of grace

Rise into His ray of hope

In spite of present cloud

It's not over for you

Push past the crowd

He is waiting for You.

Forget now the past

Reach for what's ahead

The unseen that will last

Who says you are dead?

Just get rid of the pride

That wants to ruin or rob

Let it not take you for a ride

Crush it and rise from the sob.

Press to the finishing line

Trust in His goodness

To find great gladnss.

See beyond the cloud

See great gifts endowed.

Despite the obstacles,

Tell of His miracle-

That of salvation

From condemnation.

From the dead He rescued.

With His blood He infused;

Gave you the breath of Life;

New Life, Abundant Life.

In mercy He turned on the Light,

To dispel your grave night,

Wrote your name in His Book,

Beautified you with just one look.

So, rise now like an eagle

Rise above the struggles.

Wisdom Brings Blessings

Worth more than silver

Follow God’s teachings

And you will be wiser.

Wisdom will protect you,

Give you prosperity

Lead you right, watch over you,

Give you a glorious destiny.

Wisdom is more than power.

It is more than beauty.

Those well-adorned with it go higher,

Regardless wind, storm or adversity.

Wisdom knows how to use knowledge

For good and not for evil

Wisdom, God acknowledges

And moves in sync with His will. The fear ...

His Kingdom will Come

His will, will be done

The God of heaven

Who is Sovereign

We never, ever fail

His Word will prevail.

This Kingdom will stand

As by His command

Every ruin restored

By the King, the Lord.

No foe will be there

Only those who are heir.

And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed, nor shall its sovereignty be left to another people. It shall ...

Nearer My God to Thee

Friend closer than brother

Your presence ever be

So far yet you’re so near.

I in you and you in me

O what a blessed bliss!

At your feet I will seat

Until your work is complete.

Feed me daily with your life

Light my life with your life.

Light my night with your light

To do only things that are right

Let me see through your eyes

That from the dung I might rise

Feel daily what you feel

Embrace fully the divine deal.
