That I may know Him

More than that, I count all things to be loss in view of the
surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have
suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish so that I
may gain Christ,

and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived
from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the
righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith,

That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the
fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death; in order
that I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.

Philippians 3:8-11 NASB

And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God,
and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

John 17:3 KJV

Thus says the LORD: "Let not the wise man boast in his wisdom, let not
the mighty man boast in his might, let not the rich man boast in his
riches, but let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands and
knows me, that I am the LORD who practices steadfast love, justice,
and righteousness in the earth. For in these things I delight,
declares the LORD."
