Sealed And Delivered

O what spiritual blessings will fill our bank accounts!

Of hope, of peace, of well-being and life, of abundant amounts

For we are sealed by the Holy Spirit; God’s stamp of eternal life

The medallion of God’s holy family; the emblem of Jesus Christ

His mark above all excellence; His badge above all rank

To a membership of unmerited favor; with God alone to thank

We are adopted into an inheritance; which God’s grace and mercy bring

We are redeemed through God’s forgiveness; and purchased by Christ’s pain

We are sealed by the Holy Spirit; God’s distinguishing sign

His symbol of the covenant; His promised oath to mankind

And O what spiritual blessings will fill our bank accounts!

Beautiful poem and we all thank Heavenly Father for Holy Spirit because Holy Spirit guides us, counsels us, and helps us in knowing who Jesus Christ is, so that we may know who Heavenly Father is. We all must pray to God to "fill us with the Holy Spirit" ACTS 2:4.

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. (John 14:26)

Thanks be to Jesus because of Him all believers in Christ have access to the Comforter in their hearts, all the believers in Christ have the “key of knowledge.”

"But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, [even] the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me" (John 15:26)

the word "comforter" is translated from the word "Paraclete" ("Ho Parakletos" in Greek). Parakletos in Greek is interpreted as "an advocate", one who pleads the cause of another, one who councils or advises another from deep concern for the other's welfare.

Infact the words of Jesus in Deuteronomy 31:8 come true when He said that He will never forsake us. Holy Spirit's as our comforter makes this promise come true.
