Each of us with our
Own circumstances
Rules to be measured by
Ways to compare –
Yet doing so
We rob ourselves.
When we stop comparing
Competing among ourselves
We are set free
- To be who we each
Individually, are meant to become.
The World is a trap
You can get caught in it
And never know
Your full potential.
You must open
The eyes of your soul
Cease to conform to others
Give yourself permission
To Grow into the stature of Christ
Who you are to become.
[In scripture it says they who compare
Themselves one to another are not wise.
Jesus and His Word are what we are to
Compare ourselves to].
