When I Come to the Crossroad
When I come to the crossroad
I remember the Cross - His Load
Which He carried to set me free
Therefore I thank God for victory.
When I come to the wall, barrier
I remember Jesus, my burden bearer
My Saviour, my redeemer, my Friend
Who is always with me to the very end.
When I come to the mountain like Everest
I remember that Jesus gave His very best-
The blood that reaches the highest mountain
Through it every promise I can obtain.
When I come to the lowest valley
I know the power of the Lilly of the Valley
My Rock, Shield, Sweet rose of Sharon
He is my Shelter, the Rose in my thorn.

Cross Road. I liked your play on words. The road to the Cross written in the
shape of a Cross. Cleverly done. We all need visual aide to help us on our
way. I think this is one of them. Blessings.

I will not take the credit
Thank you very much , Warrior, for your encouraging reviews.
I had written the poem and saw the cross posted on this forum by someone and used it. I don't know who did but it adorns the poem and makes it come alive.
We thank God for whoever did it. Al good and perfect gift come from Him.
