Derby to Donegal –by Design
Doldrums came to reform
Inform and refine, define
Walking on tight-rope
yet coping through the God of Hope.
Darkness became opportunity
for creative light to shine.
Furnace became the womb
The school in which to be honed
forged, moulded, broken, revived
Raised from the limiting tomb.
Tsunamis and hurricanes came,
Charged, challenged and changed
To see the sun and the Son
And with Him to again and reign.
Beauty came from ashes
Mountains from valleys
Fruit came in the night from deserts
Vision anchored and restored at last.

Now I like this! It is not always rhyme.. it has great thoughts conveyed,
with deep meanings... more abstract yet written the way more people think.
