Take it to the Byways

Take it to the Byways
Take it to the byways
and the highways
Anchored, assured by the Way.
Take it to the valleys
and Tin Pan Alleys.
To the nook and crannies
Powered by the Almighty.
Propelled by His integrity
Predicated by His presence
Adorned by His excellence
Engineered by His Spirit
Come to grace and visit.
Take it to the mountain
Drinking from the holy fountain
Refuse to take ‘No!’ for an answer
Trust the Alpha and Omega
The Beginning and the End
The Master of the Seas
And great glory you will see
Your enemies their Waterloo will see
For eye has not seen
And ear has not heard
What the Most High has prepared
Predestined, foreordained, for the Redeemed.
Take a leaf from Churchill
In the time of great chill and ill
When Fuhrer foisted his ill-will
‘We shall fight them in the city;
we shall fight them in the alley;
we shall fight them on the beaches;
we shall fight them in the trenches;
we shall fight them in the tunnels;
we shall fight them in the channels;
in the bushes, we shall fight them;
in the seas we shall fight them;
under the ground we shall fight them;
above the ground we shall fight them.
‘We shall take no prisoners;
there shall be no room for tyranny;
no room for the enemy;
no room for the iron curtain;
that has come to contain.
‘The kingdom of God suffers violence
and the violent will take it by force!’

Re: Take it to the Byways
You mention parts of Churchills infamous speech during World War II. My dad
fought in WWII, and he is still alive... Your words are poignant for the world today.
We are still fighting the battle, we just don't know it. It is more scarily along the lines
of Orwell's book, 1984... Double think... double talk... double meanings...
Great depth in this... Too many people do not learn from the past, they just bury it.
