Blasphemy?
IS this not called the unforgivable sin?
I am confused on its exact meaning.
My husband wouldnt help me watch our daughter and I blurted out "Oh well I will just put it in Gods hands" and I smirked. He corrected me and said "you just committed the unforgivable sin..God will deal with you.
I'm now scared out my mind that I am going straight to hell and there is no hope..please advise

Re: Blasphemy?
The unpardonable sin/unforgivable sin” or “blasphemy of the Holy Spirit” is mentioned in Mark 3:22-30 and Matthew 12:22-32.And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and “by the prince of demons he casts out the demons.” And he called them to him and said to them in parables, “How can Satan cast out Satan? If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but is coming to an end. But no one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. Then indeed he may plunder his house.
“Truly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the children of man, and whatever blasphemies they utter, 29 but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”— 30 for they were saying, “He has an unclean spirit.” (Mark 3:22-30)
In the passages I have quoted above, the Pharisees, having witnessed irrefutable proof that Jesus was working miracles in the power of the Holy Spirit, claimed instead that He was possessed by the demon Beelzebub (Matthew 12:24). In Mark 3:30, Jesus is very specific about what exactly they did to commit “the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.”
I believe another unpardonable sin is
Dying in unbelief that is Jesus is not our LORD and Savior is also unpardonable sin.For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son so that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16)
However, I would request you to read Bible on daily basis and before you read the Bible pray to God to give you understanding, knowledge and wisdom to understand what you read so that you can apply it in your life and help others to understand it too. I always pray and God is too kind to me.
The other thing I ask for in my prayers everyday to God is to teach my me how to pray in Spirit to Him because this is pleasing to His heart. I also ask Him to give me words that are worthy of His honor and glory.
You also need to pray that all your household may recognize and accept Jesus as their LORD and Savior so that you all can glorify Heavenly Father before others.
Remember that anything you pray for or do must be for the glorification of Heavenly Father through our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.
Lastly I would like you to remember that
All the promises of Heavenly Father are YES in Jesus name. So ask anything you need and you will get it.Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.' (Jeremiah 33:3)
