My Son, Pay Attention Empty My Son, Pay Attention

My child, pay attention to my to my word
Listen closely to what I say
Do not let them out of your sight
Keep them within your heart.
For they are life to those who find them
and health to one whole body

Above all else guard well your heart
For it is the well-springs of life
Put away perversity from your from your mouth
Keep corrupt talk far from your lips
Let your eyes look straight ahead
Fix your gaze directly before you

The paths of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn
Shining ever brighter to the full light of day
The way of the wicked is like deep darkness
They do not know what makes them stumble
fix your gaze directly before you
make level paths for your feet.

Interlude for exhortation

My son, carefully guard well your heart thoughts because they are the source of good health.
Know where you’re headed and you will be on solid ground, robust, durable and immovable on the day of the winds of adversity, storm and fire of affliction.
Treasure my word like one who has found a great spoil. Like the psalmist, say to yourself: ‘I delight in your word, your word have I hidden in my heart that I may not sin against you.’

Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the ungodly …but his delight is in the word of the Lord and on his word he meditates, day and night. He shall be like a tree, planted by the rivers of waters that brings forth its fruit in due season. His leaf also will not wither and whatever he does shall prosper.
repeatverses to finishe with ( Make level paths for your feet)

Ps119:9, 11,
My Son, pay attention to my word!
8 But the path of the just is like the shining sun, That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day.
19 The way of the wicked is like darkness; They do not know what makes them stumble.
20 My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.
21 Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart;
22 For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.
23 Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.
24 Put away from you a deceitful mouth, And put perverse lips far from you.
25 Let your eyes look straight ahead, And your eyelids look right before you.
26 Ponder the path of your feet, And let all your ways be established.
27 Do not turn to the right or the left remove your foot from evil
