Be Ever Ready
Every gear has its time and place
When drive or are in a race
Know when to use it to keep pace
To finish your race with finesse and grace.

Every gift has its divine moment
To be used to cause a lift
But you need to know the time most fit
To deploy and the need to meet.

The wisdom is to be ever ready
In season or out of season
God’s counsel is to be ready
To seize momentum in season.

Like the eagle, wait for the wind
Know when to mount up and soar
To new height and new Lands find.
Know when to climb and tower.

Be ready to preach
2 Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.2Tim4:2

Be ready to pray
1Thess5:17, Phil4:6-7,
1 Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,
17 pray without ceasing,
1 Thess5:17
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;Phil4:6

Be ready to thank
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
1 Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.
2 Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy,
17 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.1 Thess5:18

Be ready to rejoice
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
17 Rejoice always,1Thess5:16

Be ready to witness
16 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." Act1:8

Be ready to give
Lukke6:38, 2Cor.8:9-12, --9:5-8
Be ready to comfort
John16, John14
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,
4 who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Be ready to do good
Be ready to praise
1 I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
Be ready to shine

Titus3:1, Eph2:10, Eph5:16, Matt3:13-15
8 But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.
11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,
12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
14 Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless;

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints ---
