John 14:6 is cut and dried. If people believe in the
Bible at all they will have no other choice but to say that Jesus is The way the truth and the life, and that
there is no other way to heaven but through Him.
It is refreshing to my
soul to be in this website where there are no heathens. It really makes me sick
to hear worldly people out there say “there is more than one way to get to
heaven, and I don’t need Jesus to get there”. Sadly these people will find out
differently when they stand before Him on judgment day. Paul was right about what he said in
2 Corinthians 4:4 Satan, who is the god of this evil world, has made him blind, unable to see the glorious light of the Gospel that is shining upon him, or to understand the amazing message we preach about the glory of Christ, who is God. I know
that the Lord's patients means salvation, and that he is not willing that any
should perish. But as for me, I long to see my Master, my King coming for me in the clouds with
Power and great glory. The rapture will happen like a thief in the night. No
one will know He is coming. But we will know that He has come because we will be with Him in Glory. Come soon Lord Jesus. Anastasia Martone

Dear Anatasia:

It is so nice to learn about your thoughts on the true faith. Really I have seen people making lame excuses not to leave their sinful lives.

God, the Heavenly Father loves everyone but to get into His love, we have to fulfill one condition and that is:

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son so that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life John 3:16

Heavenly Father wants to us to believe in Jesus as our LORD and Savior and this is the condition we have to follow. Holy Spirit reveals Jesus Christ to us and Jesus Christ reveals Heavenly Father to us.

The problem arises when, we go beyond what is written. The Bible has warned us "Do not go beyond what is written" (1 Corinthians 4:6)

People do not read Bible and they go beyond what is written. They just want to see God as loving and forgiving God. They believe that whatever they do God will forgive them in the end. I believe this is not what the Bible says. They just want to cover their sins, with few verses and yet some simply refuse God to believe in God.

I pray that Heavenly Father may bless your faith, teach you His ways and give you an undivided heart. He may look on you with favor and make you fruitful. He may make His dwelling place among you and your family, in Jesus name. AMEN

God bless you and your family.

People have their own view point and they have a choice to follow the commandments of God or to follow satan. But on this forum we do not tolerate people preaching that are contrary to what is preached in the Bible.

May God give Holy Spirit to everyone so that Jesus Christ is revealed to them. AMEN

God bless

We all need the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and to get this gift from God we must awlays pray to Father through Jesus. The Holy Spirit reveals Jesus Christ to us

He helps empower the believer to develop the character of Christ and live every day in God's will.

But I say, walk and live [habitually] in the [Holy] Spirit [responsive to and controlled and guided by the Spirit];
then you will certainly not gratify the cravings and desires of the flesh (of human nature without God). —Galatians 5:16

Cultivate God’s presence through the Holy Spirit: because in His presence there is fullness of joy,

God’s presence identifies sin, the manifest presence of God turns back our enemies, when we have God’s presence we have rest, we are saved from affliction in the presence of God and His presence is what we will experience for eternity.

Psalm 16:11, Genesis 3:8, Psalm 9:3, Exodus 33:14, Isaiah 63:9, Jude 24, 25

I am complete in Him Who is the Head of all principality and power (Colossians 2:10).

We cannot be complete without Baptism of Holy Spirit and we will keep on sinning without the baptism of Holy Spirit. As Daniel and Dove pointed out, we will always be trying to cover our sins or deny God.

God bless all

Thank you Anastasia for pointing out that my reply to your post was little confusing. To endorse what you have written I write the following verses that proves that if we do not follow God then we have to face our actions. The Bible says that we cannot have two masters.

Jesus replied, "If anyone who loves me, he will obey My teachings. My Father will love him and we will come to him and make our home with him" (John 14:23)

We may say that we love Jesus but the question is do we also obey His commands?

We can not make lame excuses and say that 21st century is like this or I see many Church goers doing the same so God will not punish me.

In our sins we make people our role-models instead of Jesus Christ. That is why we never come out of sin.

We must remember that we are responsible for our actions. God told us Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong (Exodus 23:2)

We may pray for hours, we may go to Church million times in a year, we may participate in Church activities, the only thing that saves us from eternal death is our belief in Jesus, repentance from sins and a new life in Jesus.

There are few things that God cannot do and they are:

You are not a God who takes pleasure in evil
with you wicked cannot dwell.
The arrogant cannot stand in your presence;
You hate all who do wrong
You destroy those who tell lies
blood thirsty and deceitful men the LORD abhors (Pslam 5:4-6)

So what does God want from us? The answer lies in the very first Book of the Bible.

I am God Almighty; walk before me and be blameless (Genesis 17:1)

If we understand Bible, then whoever sins, rejects Jesus Christ and follows satan. Whether that sin is small or big, the moment we sin, satan is our god and we are in state of rejecting Jesus Christ just like Eve believed in satan and rejected God. When Eve was punished by God for her sin then why do we forget our punishment?

We all need to repent and the word repent means to change the way we think or to think the other way.

Thank you Anastasia and may God bless you and your family abundantly so that you may become a blessing to others.

I also thank you Daniel for the blessing, may our Lord be with you always. Here is my point of view.

Luke 6:20-26

20. Then he turned to
his disciples and said, ``What happiness there is for you who are poor, for the
Kingdom of God is yours!

21. What happiness there is for you who are now
hungry, for you are going to be satisfied! What happiness there is for you who
weep, for the time will come when you shall laugh with joy!

22. What happiness it is when others hate you and
exclude you and insult you and smear your name because you are mine!

23. When that happens, rejoice! Yes, leap for
joy! For you will have a great reward awaiting you in heaven. And you will be
in good company--the ancient prophets were treated that way too!

24. ``But, oh, the sorrows that await the rich.
For they have their only happiness down here.

25. They are fat and prosperous now, but a time
of awful hunger is before them. Their careless laughter now means sorrow then.

26. And what sadness is ahead for those praised
by the crowds--for false prophets have always been praised.

Luke 14:13 Instead,
invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind. Luke 18:22 22.
``There is still one thing you lack,'' Jesus said. ``Sell all you have
and give the money to the poor--it will become treasure for you in heaven--and
come, follow me.'' John 13:29 29. Some
thought that since Judas was their treasurer, Jesus was telling him to go and
pay for the food or to give some money to the poor. Acts 20;33-35 33. ``I have never been hungry for money or fine
clothing--

34. you know that these hands of mine worked to
pay my own way and even to supply the needs of those who were with me.

35. And I was a constant example to you in
helping the poor; for I remembered the words of the Lord Jesus, `It is more
blessed to give than to receive.'''1 Corinthian1 :17 For Christ didn't send me to baptize, but to
preach the Gospel; and even my preaching sounds poor, for I do not fill my
sermons with profound words and high sounding ideas, for fear of diluting the
mighty power there is in the simple message of the cross of Christ. I Corinthians
6:1010. Our hearts ache, but at the same
time we have the joy of the Lord. We are poor, but we give rich spiritual gifts
to others. We own nothing, and yet we enjoy everything. ( This is what I am talking about. ) 2 Corinthians 8:9 You know how full of love
and kindness our Lord Jesus was: though he was so very rich, yet to help you he
became so very poor, so that by being poor he could make you rich
.(

Over here it says that Jesus became
poor for us
)
2 Corinthians 9:9
It is as the Scriptures say: ``The godly man gives generously to the
poor. His good deeds will be an honor to him forever.'' (I love this one ) Galatians 2:10 The only thing they did suggest was that we
must always remember to help the poor, and I, too, was eager for that. (This is in the very heart of God)
1 Timothy 5:5 The church should care for
widows who are poor and alone in the world, if they are looking to God for his
help and spending much time in prayer; James 2 :5 Listen to me, dear brothers:
God has chosen poor people to be rich in faith, and the Kingdom of Heaven is
theirs, for that is the gift God has promised to all those who love him. Revelation
19:20 19. ``I am aware of all your good
deeds--your kindness to the poor, your gifts and service to them; also I know
your love and faith and patience, and I can see your constant improvement in
all these things.

20. ``Yet I have this against you: You are
permitting that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach my
servants that sex sin is not a serious matter; she urges them to practice
immorality and to eat meat that has been sacrificed to idols. (This is for all who advocate tolarence
and tells the Christians not to judge si. God has already pass judgment on all
kinds of sexual immorality. All I do is to tell them God loves them but they to
must repent to go to heaven)
Many preachers will tell you Jesus was rich,
but I never found a good answer to that. About the money bag He only use it for
his needs not greed’s Judas was the one
in control of it. God is not two ways if He told the rich man to give away his
money yet Jesus Himself was rich that wouldn’t stick to well Just like Once save always saved.Anastasia.

Very Happy

I have one question, if Jesus was poor person then why did Roman soldiers cast lots at the garment he was wearing? Don't you think that it is strange that a poor person's garment suddenly become a priced possession?

Although there is a difference between a rich man and Jesus. Jesus although did not need finances because he could do miracles. He could provide for himself. And anyone who could provide for himself and for others is not a poor man.
