Bye! Bye! Jesus Empty Bye! Bye! Jesus

I am no poet, but I would request Irv or Fenny to pen down my thoughts in their poetic way. I have come across many people in my life, whom I had found in trouble. In those hard times, for them Jesus was everything. Jesus was their LORD and Savior, Jesus was their way, Jesus was their direction, Jesus was their bread and water, Jesus was their life. They would cry out to Jesus, "Save us and we are Yours, Save us for we are Your sheep, save us for we surrender before You, Save us and we will worship You for the rest of our lives".

Then what happened? Jesus came and saved them, He took away their sickness and disease, He took away their pain misery and suffering, He gave them His peace and joy and He gave them His smile.

Now comes another phase: Now they are Saints, they know everything, for them, even if they sin, Jesus will save them. To them, Jesus is no more. I try to find Jesus in their lives but where is Jesus?

Bye! Bye! Jesus, for we don't need You right now, we will call You, when we will fall into trouble. Bye! Bye! Jesus.

God bless you all and may Heavenly Father keep you all safe from failure of faith in Jesus name. AMEN

So true and I know many such kind of christians who have really taken Jesus out of the pictures of their lives. They knew Jesus when they were facing financial problems or any kind of sickness. If people treat Jesus like this, Daniel how would they treat us who are nothing infront men. This thought gives me goosebumps.

I didn't know that you had a softer side also. Your article made me cry coz of a loved lost in the same manner and the confusing attitude of believers or shall I say so-called believers. Who touched your heart today? You seemed to be very sad? bounce You have my shoulder...

Thank you Fiona, but God has given me two shoulders, and I can always use them if I want to. There are lots of people who touch my heart. As a follower of Jesus, I think, I should also have His heart as my body, spirit and soul belongs to Him.

God bless you all

Observe and Do.

Today's Scripture:

"This Book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you
shall meditate on it day and might, that you may observe to do
accordingly to all that is written in it. For them you shall make your
way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success"
(Joshua 1:Cool.

Did you know that when you speak God's Word, it activates power in
your life? In fact, this verse says do not let it depart from your
mouth. In other words, keep speaking and confessing the Word of God -
no matter what your circumstances seem like. When you keep God's Word
in your mind, heart and mouth, it empowers you to obey all the Lord's
commands. Do you need strength today to overcome temptation? Do you
need to be empowered to walk in love? Get the Word of God in your
heart and declare what the Word of God says about your situation.
Declare that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.
Declare that you have God's grace for all things. And notice what this
verse says will happen when you are walking in obeience to God's Word:
The key to having abundance and success in every area of your life is
found in the Word of God. As you continue to speak the Word of God,
you will be empowered in every area of your life, and you will live
the life of victory the Lord has in store!

Prayer for today:

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word which gives me strength. Fill
me with Your power so that I can obey Your Word. I bless You today. In
Jesus' Name. Amen!

Anyone who listens to the Word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. (James 1:23-24)

People do remember verses from the Bible, and they do quote and learn them by heart as they have to hide their actions behind these verses. What they forget is James 1:23-24 for every action of a believer is for honor and glory of Heavenly Father.
