Too Busy

Too Busy
Visit my church, and they say, “We’re too busy to go”;
So I ask them “then do you know where you’d go”?
“To Hell probably” they said with a nod;
I guess their too busy to settle with God.
And with all the technology that’s around here today;
I see that most people are too busy to pray.
Some on computers, most on cell phones, and some call the office, I’ll be working at home.
So here is some information that I must confess,
Jesus does not have and e-mail address.
So keep on trying to put more time in a day,
I’m here to tell you there isn’t a way;
You will put off till tomorrow because of no time;
You will sacrifice salvation by being so blind.
On the Day of Judgment when you stand before the thrown;
Remember you were too busy talking on the cell phone.
Recall that day; you were too busy, church, to go;
And our savior, you were too busy to know.
So here is some information that I must confess,
Jesus does not have and e-mail address.
So if you want to know God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit;
Get down on your knees; he is listening to hear it.
Open your mouth, and your sins, you confess;
For Jesus does not have an e-mail address.

Yes, we are often too busy and get our priorities wrong.
