From Distress to Rest Empty From Distress to Rest

From distress to rest;
Depression to Restoration.
From human labour to divine favour.
From alienation to reconciliation.
From The Rejected to The Accepted.
From damnation to salvation.
From spiritual death to resurrection,
eternal life, and abundant life.
from larva to a butterfly
What an amazing grace for the Race of Grace.

There is a rest of all rests- the mother of rests. It ends all depression, rises above oppression. It exchanges fruitless labour to divine favour. It raises the dead back to life, acquits the guilty, atones for sin, gives afresh start; a new lease of life. It turns night into day. Against natural hope it brings supernatural hope from the God of Hope.

With this rest comes the peace of God that transcends all understanding; boundless peace with God. Enemies are turned into friends- the separating wall is bulldozed. The law, written ordinances that condemned were nailed to the cross. As far as the east is from the west, so far did He remove our transgression from us, and as high as the heaven is above the earth so great is His love toward us.

This rest comes at a price, a great price and a great sacrifice. God gave his one and beloved Son to serve as a scapegoat, a ransom- the Lamb that takes away the sin of this world. The sinless became sin for the sinful to go scot-free. The innocent was led like a lamb to the slaughter(Isa53:7), dumb like a sheep; He did not open his mouth. He laid down his life as the Good Shepherd for his sheep. He humbled himself to His Father’s call, quest, and passionate desire: ‘Who will go for us?’

And he said, “Here I am, send me. I have come to do your will. (Isa6:8)ESV They are guilty but I will take their place; and because of your grace they can come into the Throne of Grace to see your face. I was born to die to give them life- abundant life; eternal life, the God-kind of life. ‘For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost’. Luke 19:10"Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God (John3:3 KJV). As many as received Him, He gave the right to become children of God "
Come now, let us reason together," says the LORD.
"Though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as white as snow;
though they are red as crimson,
they shall be like wool.Isa1:18NKJV
To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts (Heb 13:5 ) KJV, Open the door to your heart and let Him in. He desires to give you a fresh start, a brand new life. He will wipe your slate clean and give you a New Beginning. Old things will pass away and all things will become new.
The choice is yours. ‘Behold I have set before your life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life ..and live’. What will your decision be?
Deut.30:19 KJV

If you want this rest, fresh start, New Beginning, and peace with God, pray this prayer from your heart:
“Heavenly Father, I come this day to your throne of grace, acknowledging that I am a sinner and I need your forgiveness. I know I cannot save myself. I believe Jesus died for me and was raise to reconcile me to You.

Lord Jesus, come into my heart and take Your rightful place. Give me a fresh start, a new lease of life, and a New Beginning.

Thank you, Lord.

If you prayed that prayer from your heart, I would like to hear from you as to encourage you and rejoice with you. Just email me on this address;
