The Mark Of A Christian

“Death becomes thee”…
The death of the flesh
The sinful nature,
Contender of the faith
Martyrdom crowns thee ~
Holiness clothes thee~
Righteousness leads thee~
For this is the mark
Of a Christian.
Why is Revelation called a blessed book
And those who read it? Revelation 1:1-3
It is blessed for it directs the follower of Jesus
Towards our crown of life. It shows we lay up
our treasures in heaven and our rewards.
For those who fear this great book, it is because
Perfect love does not live within them. For our
Heavenly father says, “Perfect love cast out all
Fear”. Holiness is set apart to the Lord, for without
Holiness will no man see the Lord. This book is
About holiness, living it, dying for it, and the rewards
For it. It is the true mark of a believer in Christ Jesus,
For we will die, suffer for the kingdom of heaven.
It is in reading this book one does build up his inner
Man by the Holy Spirit. When reading this book
We see God is a God of justice and a rewarder to
Each man according to his fruits, holiness or
Unrighteousness. Revelation is a great book that lays
Open the condition of ones heart upon reading it.
It is God’s last great call of mercy to all unto
Repentance, his body the church. Let us look upon this
Book as an exclamation of our faith, and our
Foundation in Christ Jesus, Amen!
