Crimson Snow
Crimson Snow
O how beautiful is the snow, effortless it comes down
Like a soft white blanket, falling to the ground
And all under these tender flakes; take on a crystal hue
From raped and barren landscapes, to scenic vistas viewed
The fluffy white blossoms; the tranquil layers light and fine
Bring whispers of my Savior, of God’s stillness to my mind
To thoughts about my Lord, of His blood shed for the lost
And how His blood came down, flowing from the cross
God’s perfect gift, our redemption it does bring
Gentle as the snow, Christ’ blood covers everything

Re: Crimson Snow
I love the last two sentences in this poem.
It is such a beautiful visual of what Christ has
done and given for us. I just loved this. EXALT my friend.
Blessings.
