When the Pressure in On!

When the pressure in on
It’s not time to run to man
But time to run to the Son
Who has for you, a good plan.

In that plan He allows troubles
To mould you and shape you
Lift you from the limiting roubles
Process, prune and hone you.

So pressures can be precious
In the Hands of the Good Master
Who wants you to turn out glorious
After you have gone through the fire.

Run not away but stay, seek His face
Soon you’ll be a trophy of gold
After you have completed your race
Run into His warm arms when you’re cold.

The Message (MSG)
16-18So we're not giving up. How could we! Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, on the inside, where God is making new life, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace. These hard times are small potatoes compared to the coming good times, the lavish celebration prepared for us. There's far more here than meets the eye. The things we see now are here today, gone tomorrow. But the things we can't see now will last forever.
