You Will Not Rust Empty You Will Not Rust

You will not
Be put to shame
For trusting, resting
On His name.

You will not rust
Just because you trust
‘The first will be the last
And the last will be the first.’

So stand firm, saint
In the face of the test
You’re not called to faint
You will rise through this test


Never mind the enemy
You’re coming out with a testimony
Your exploits shall be many
And your bonus shall be plenty.

The fire will refine
Make you better
Make you shine
Take you higher
Make you brighter
And not bitter.
