Capsized Corsta Concordia
Replayed Titanic in our time.
Ferried dangerously to the edge
To be damned and dashed
by the waiting wild rock
At great cost of lost lives;
Some buried in a sunken tomb.

Came unannounced,
In a twinkling of an eye,
confirming some fears,
of Friday 13th.

Captain Francesco,
Dubbed Captain Coward,
Led race for the Life boats,
just like hireling,
abandoning the sheep
when the lion approached.

What lessons for us?

As you cruise the Ship of Life
Sail close to the Rock
And away from the rock.
Temptation will come
For a vanity fair.
Make sure you’re not there.

We can look back with joy
That we have a Shepherd
Who laid down His Life
For His sheep.
He went the whole length
The whole hug and gamut;
To the very depths of hell,
Clinched the keys of Hades
To set us free from hell.

This Ship will go down
Suddenly, at the trumpet shout.
Unless you a have a place
Secured by His grace
In the Lifeboat of Life,-
Captain of Salvation,
Noah’s Ark,
Eternal Life,
You’re lost,
You’ll have no life.
