When Light Announces The New Day

When light announces the new day,
I will rise with a song to you.
I give You thanks for the new day,
I give thanks to Whom it is due.
When the day turns into a week,
I give praise to you who made it possible.
For you bestowed strength when I was weak
And made the impossible possible.
When the week turns into a month,
I rejoice in the God of my salvation
Who’s with me in all the heights and depths,
and giving opportunities in contentions.
When the month turns into a year,
I celebrate the goodness of the Lord,
Who crown the year with bounties fair
And shows me He is the sovereign Lord
