Assassination - Benazir Bhutto

Could we please unite in prayer for Pakistan. I have just heard that Benazir Bhuto has been assasinated, and she was the most moderate leader that country has had. It now seems that the political situation there is dire. Could we pray for peace, stability, and especially for our brothers and sisters in that country who were already under harsh persecution which could get worse in the current political climate.

I was saddened to hear of the death of this lady..........The planet/ world has become such a place of violence. We begin to be aware more, and more each day, that without Jesus, mankind are lost.......lost without hope and without God.


Lord Jesus help us to be more like you.....in ministry, in healing, and all such as represents your kingdom
I cannot imagine living in a country where assainations like this happen. So dreadful. I daily thank our Lord for where i live.

She was a famous and moderate leader who supported Christians. Her father was also a moderate leader and was also murdered by the military. Benazir Bhutto respected Christians a lot and once in her interview she told that she respects Christians because she got education from a Christian school. She would have been a great support in war against terrorism. She helped in the war against terrorism and I think it is a great loss.

I am saddened to hear about this great tragedy. I ask Yahweh
please comfort her family and watch over them. Daniel I know you must feel it

Anastasia you nearly made me laugh. Well Benazir Butto was considered to be a darling of the west because of her gender. Bhutto family is worst family for the Christians.

Her father, nationalized Christian hospitals, schools and other Church property. He was the one who organized the muslim world against Christians. He was a communist leader and many Christian followed him.

Benazir was the one who made Taliban and called them "my children". The people who follow her are fools as they follow a family who are totally against Christians.

As a Christian and a human being, I am sorry that she died but facts remian facts.

I did not know Daniel that Benazir was so against Christians and created Taliban. Really amazing information.

I agree with Waqar Daniel as her family destroyed the Christian community in Pakistan. Bhutto was the one who brought hatred among Christians and muslims in Pakistan. I think we must know the facts first.
