To Rise from the Abyss...

To rise from the abyss
Onto the mountain top
You must find what’s amiss
What’s in your present cup?
Where have you been?
Where are you coming from?
What have you seen?
Where are you now?
Where do you want to go?
Be honest with yourself
Don’t deceive yourself
Acknowledge you’re down
Admit your way is not working.
Stop resisting your Maker
Invite the Miracle Worker
Yield, just surrender
He’ll show you the way
Because He is the Way
His way is a New Way-
The New and Living Way
His way up is the way down
You become master, being a servant
The more you give the richer you become
You receive love by giving love
You gather as you sow and scatter
You defeat your enemy with love.
You climb step by step out of the valley
His word being your compass, shining
You begin to obey the Lily of the Valley
You embrace His counsel and teaching.

Thank you for your preaching and may God bless you. Your poem preached the whole voyage of ours on earth and to reach our destination. How wonderful poetry is that in few words you say lot of things.
