Who crucified Jesus? (I did)
Who crucified Jesus ( You did)
Who crucified Jesus ( We did)
We crucified the Son of God.
The sinless died for the sinful
The innocent suffered for the guilty.
Like the goat made a scapegoat
Like Joseph stripped of his coat
Like the lamb slain to cover Adam and Eve,
Like Jacob’s ladder joining heaven and earth;
Jesus was the very Lamb of God
Slain before the foundation of this world.
He paid a price I could not pay
He paid a debt he did not owe
He paid the price to make a way-
The New and Living way.
Therefore God highly exalted Him
Gave him a name above all names
That at His name every knee shall bow
And every tongue shall confess.
Jesus is Lord, ( the Lord of lords)
Jesus is Lord ( the Lord of lords)
Jesus is Lord ( the Lord of lords)
The Lord of lords and King of kings.
Today you will be with me in Paradise
‘ Son, behold your mother.
Woman, behold your son.’
‘Father, forgive them.
For they know not what they do.’
I thirst’
‘It us finished!’
‘My God, my God,
Why have you forsaken me?’
‘Father, into your Hands I commit my Spirit.’
