Prevailing Prayers: Provision

My Lord and my God, I come to You in the Name of Jesus. Thank you for access to your throne of Grace through the new and living way and your Holy Spirit.

I ascribe greatness to You, my God, whose work is perfect and whose ways are just.
O what a joy to know that no good thing will You with hold from those who walk uprightly.
You are the Good Shepherd, my Protector and Provider and I am your sheep. Provision is the job of the Shepherd.

Your word says the Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want; (Ps23:1) Ask and it shall be given unto you seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you. (Matt.7:7) You also said give and it shall be given back you, good measure, pressed down shaken together and running over. (Luke 10:38) My God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Phil4:19) It was you who rained manna from on high to feed your people in the wilderness. You were concerned not just for the spiritual well being of the people you ministered to but also their material needs hence the feeding to the 5000.(Mark6:41, -8:19)

Lord I need some financial mercies today, so I bring these promises back to you and would ask that you honour your word. I know that you are not a man that you should lie, neither the son of man that you should repent. Great is your faithfulness. (Num23:19)

You are a covenant keeping God. Heaven and earth will pass away but your word will not pass away. (Matt24:35) The grass may wither and the flowers may fade but the word of God abides forever (Isa40: Cool
