A Child Was Born To Die
A Child Was Born To Die-
Saviour of the World;
To end all the sighs
Of those who take His Word.
Born to shed His blood,
A ransom for the lost;
Yet the Lord of lords,
To make sinners just.
God’s gift to the world,
A present for His presence,
To bring His sheep to His fold.
That’s the season’s essence!
