At the end of the day
When I reflect back
It seems it is like
Trying to grab
An allusive oiled rope.
All tasks slip by us.
We never have a full grasp
On the tasks at hand.
Every day is a spill over
To do list, ever growing.
At night when I stop
I reflect how Lord
You carried me through it.
I have to remember
It’s never about us
It is about you Lord _
Your loyalty to us
Your Love never ending.
As I review my day
I thank you Father
For the ability to do it
With your strength in my weakness.
May I continue to acknowledge
Remember and ever thank You
For the days fullness
And all within it.
