Spiritual Fitness Program!

Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives' tales; rather, train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.
1 Timothy 4:7,8 NIV

Be above reproach as God's steward, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not addicted to wine, not pugnacious, not fond of sordid gain, but hospitable, loving what is good, sensible, just, devout, self-controlled, holding fast the faithful word which is in accordance with the teaching, so that he will be able both to exhort in sound doctrine and to refute those who contradict.

Loved this Spiritual Fitness program. It reminds us all that we need to be spiritually fit to serve our God as Paul said that we are in a race and we must train ourselves for this race. Sorry forgot the reference, if anyone knows it, please write the reference.
