Spiritual Fitness Program!

Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives' tales; rather, train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.
1 Timothy 4:7,8 NIV

Loved this Spiritual Fitness program. It reminds us all that we need to be spiritually fit to serve our God as Paul said that we are in a race and we must train ourselves for this race. Sorry forgot the reference, if anyone knows it, please write the reference.
