Moses
Moses
In the desert wind
I hear a still voice calling
In the desert night
I hear a whole nation cry
How long oh God
How long oh God
Till You Deliver us?
For forty Years
Moses prepared his heart in God
In a desert wilderness
Then through a burning bush
God gave to him a plan
To lead his captive people
To the Promised Land
God said
Moses
Moses
Set My people free!
With God’s rod in hand
He went down to Pharaoh’s land
And with God in his mouth
He said “Listen, Pharaoh”
Listen to God’s command
Let My people go!
Let My people go!
To worship in the Promised Land!
God breathed the mighty wind
And the Red Sea did divide
And God’s people rejoiced and
They passed into a safe place
Moses stood on high
And raised the rod of God
And the enemies of the Lord
Would be heard no more
Then the people cried
Moses
Moses
Moses
A true prophet sent from on high!
But a greater than Moses
Is standing near you now
The very Son of God from Heaven
Came down
Into Jerusalem
Where the people cried out Loud
Hosanna in the highest
Messiah
Savior
Then the people cried
Hosanna!
Hosanna!
Jesus we worship you
Jesus we worship you
Yeshua I Love you
Come and hear, Baby Blue these are the words to another song from the same CD I hope you like them. forhisglory

Re: Moses
What a beautiful thought that is so often dismissed that Jesus left the portals of Glory, where he was worshipped constantly and came to this earth and humbled himself before our Heavenly Father and also before men and laid his life down for the sins of the world. I love songs that are Biblically based and moving and this one definetly is.
Thank you for sharing this with us all.

Hi forhisglory
I thanks you so much for sharing with me that beautiful song when I heard it , it said my heart to flight and gave me Goosebumps all over such a love no body had or ever will have then the Father's Love that he send his only begotten son to die for us so that we may have eternal life. Here is a word for all members here "I was washed I was sanctified I was justified by the name of Jesus Christ and by the spirit of God"
Forhisglory I will also look for some lyrics I can send you for I know you will be blessed
May Jesus glory shine on all of us

A word for you 2day
Keep Asking.
Today's Scripture:
"For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; he who knocks,
the door will be opened" (Matthew 7:.
Is there something you are believing God for? Does it seem like it's
taking a long time to come to pass? Be encouraged today! The Bible
says that through faith and patience you will inherit the promise. You
can trust that God's Word is true. Submit your prayers to the Lord,
and keep an attitude of faith and expectancy. Keep asking. Keep
seeking. Keep knocking on the door, and it will be opened to you. It
may seem like it's taking a long time, but know this: God is working
behind the scenes on your behalf. He is orchestrating things in your
favour. He is perfecting whatever concerns you. Don't give up! Start
thanking God for His faithfulness in your life. As you stay faithful
in your prayers and thanksgiving, the Lord will move mightily on your
behalf. He'll take you places that you've never dreamed, and you will
live the life of victory He has in store for you!
Prayer for today:
Father in Heaven, thank You for giving me a diligent Spirit. Thank You
for Your faithfulness. Give me strength to stand until I see Your
promises fulfilled in my life. In Jesus' Name. Amen!

Be Blessed
Here is a story that I would like to share with you all this brought tears to my eyes if only we can have faith like that
DADDY'S EMPTY CHAIR
A man's daughter had asked a local minister to come and pray with her
father. When the minister arrived, he found the man lying on his bed
with his head propped up on two pillows.
An empty chair sat beside his bed. The minister assumed that the old
fellow had been informed of his visit.
"I guess you were expecting me", he said.
"No, who are you?" said the father.
The minister told him his name then remarked,
"I saw the empty chair and figured you knew I was going to show up."
"Oh yeah, the chair," said the bedridden man.
"Would you mind closing the door?" Puzzled, the minister shut the door.
"I have never told anyone this, not even my daughter," said the man.
"But all my life I have never known how to pray. At church I used to
hear the pastor talk about prayer, but it went right over my head."
"I abandoned any attempt at prayer," the old man continued, "until one
day four years ago, my best friend said to me,
"Johnny, prayer is just a simple matter of having a conversation with
Jesus. Here is what I suggest."
"Sit down in a chair; place an empty chair in front of you, and in
faith see Jesus in the chair."
It's not spooky because he promised,
'I will be with you always.'
"The just speak to Him in the same way you're doing with me right now."
"So I tried it and I've liked it so much that I do it a couple of
hours a every day.
I carefully thought if my daughter saw me talking to an empty chair,
she'd either have a nervous breakdown
or send me off to the funny farm."
The minister was deeply moved by the story and encouraged the old man
to continue with his journey.
Then he prayed with him, anointed him with oil, and returned to the church.
Two nights later the daughter called to tell the minister that daddy
had died that afternoon.
"Did he die in peace?" he asked.
"Yes, when I left the house at about two o'clock, he called me over to
his bedside, told me how much he loved me
and kissed me on the cheek. When I got back from the store an hour
later, I found him dead. But there was something strange about his
death. Apparently, just before daddy died, he leaned over and rested
his head on the chair beside the bed.
What do you make of that?"
The minister wiped a tear from his eye and said, "I wish we all could
go like that."

How awesome is our God
Something to think about.
Prayer is one of the best free gifts we can recieve.
I asked God for water.
He gave me an ocean.
I asked God for a flower.
He gave me a garden.
I asked God for a friend.
He gave me all of you...
--------------------
If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.
Happy moments, praise God.
Difficult moments, seek God.
Quiet moments, worship God.
Painful moments, trust God.
Every moment, thank God.

...While Others...
Believe while others are doubting.
Plan while others are playing.
Study while others are sleeping.
Decide while others are delaying.
Prepare while others are daydreaming.
Begin while others are procrastinating.
Work while others are wishing.
Save while others are wasting.
Listen while others are talking.
Smile while others are frowning.
Commend while others are criticizing.
Persist while others are quitting.
