Bible - Is it Inspired of God?

How can be Bible Word of God, when it was written by humans?


This is one of the strangest and most foolish question, I normally come across. Although it is not worth answering but I am posting here for all the readers to know the answer when asked such type of question.

God did not write the Bible in heavens and then called Moses by saying, "Ok Mr. Moses, here are the first five Books of the Bible, print them and distribute them among the believers".

When you write a letter, do you write the letter, or does the pen? Obviously you do; the pen is merely the instrument you use. God used men as instruments to write His "letter" to humanity. They ranged from kings to common fishermen, but the 66 books of the Bible were all given by inspiration of God. Proof that this Book is supernatural can been seen with a quick study of its prophecies. See Psalm 119:105

That's a good answer. Probably worth pointing out too, that the separate authors of the various books were'nt just robotic dummies, repeating word for word what God had told them, their own personality comes through as well. You can see that clearly in the 'style' of 4 Gospels, and the different emphasis they have.
