Imprisoned By Sin Within

Imprisoned by sin within;
Struggling to see the light;
I lived in a cesspool;
In a bin, like a fool.
I thought I was wise,
Wallowing in demise,
But God had mercy,
Opening my eyes to see.
His light shone on me.
His grace He gave to me.
A New Dawn arose,
Championed by the Sweet Rose.
