Wait for Him, You’ll not be ashamed.
Saul could not wait for Samuel
Took matters into his own hands
That was when he tumbled, fell.
Lost his crown and Promised Land.
Sarah could not wait for Isaac
Took a short cut, birth Ishmael
Who came to taunt, fire back
Letting loose strife, even hell.
Israel got tired of waiting;
Tempted Aaron to make a god;
So doing God’s anger courting
Punished for flouting His word.
A word enough for the wise;
God’s timing is so perfect.
It will make you smile and glad.
Wait for Him, You’ll not be ashamed.

That was when he tumbled, fell.
Lost his crown and Promised Land.

27 Why do you say, O Jacob,
And speak, O Israel:
“ My way is hidden from the LORD,
And my just claim is passed over by my God”?
28 Have you not known?
Have you not heard?
The everlasting God, the LORD,
The Creator of the ends of the earth,
Neither faints nor is weary.
His understanding is unsearchable.
29 He gives power to the weak,
And to those who have no might He increases strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
And the young men shall utterly fall,
31 But those who wait on the LORD
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.
Isa40:27-31
1 Now Sarai, Abram’s wife, had borne him no children. And she had an Egyptian maidservant whose name was Hagar. 2 So Sarai said to Abram, “See now, the LORD has restrained me from bearing children. Please, go in to my maid; perhaps I shall obtain children by her.” And Abram heeded the voice of Sarai. 3 Then Sarai, Abram’s wife, took Hagar her maid, the Egyptian, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan. 4 So he went in to Hagar, and she conceived. And when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress became despised in her eyes. Gen.16:1-4

Re: Wait for Him, You’ll not be ashamed.
This is very important topic you have chosen and our lives are based on it. I believe that Bible is given to us as a guide and reading all these stories of the past makes us wise if are able to understand them and learn from them. Than you for your guidance.The purposes of a man's heart
are deep waters,
but a man of understanding
draws them out (Proverbs 19:23)
