We’re Work–in-Progress
We’re Work-in-progress
Going through the process
He is working, refining the ore
For the gold, so we will adore
Him, the King of kings
As our lives His praises ring.
We’re work-in-progress
Even if we’re in distress
He is working, chipping
Carving, smoothening
All the rough offensive edges
For us to have a cutting edge.
We’re work–in-Progress,
Even if we seek redress.
He is working, moulding
The clay and revealing
His plan, His image hidden
In the earthen vessel -within
We’re work-in-progress
Let’s all boldly confess
He is working, shaping
Sharpening, chopping
Honing, cleaning, clearing
Washing, wiping, Weaning.
We’re work-in-progress
Even if we want recess
He is working tireless
To route out the mess
Even if we complain
Of the weight, wait and the pain.
Re: We’re Work–in-Progress
Isn't this the truth!!!
We are always a work in progress
And it won't be finished until we see
Him face to face. Amen!!!
We are always a work in progress
And it won't be finished until we see
Him face to face. Amen!!!
