Give Him Full Sway

The Holy Spirit
Gives power over sin
As we yield to Him
He works from within
Unfolding the New You
Hidden within You.
So give Him full sway
Let Him take control
And burn off the dross.
Your good is His goal
Know you are His field
So it’s wise to yield.
Refiner’s Fire, come
And do a new work.
Purge me to reflect
The glory of the Rock
Prune me to bear fruit
Help me to take root.
Come, my Comforter
Come, O Holy Vine-
You’re the Living Water
I thirst for Your Wine
Only you can edify
Only You can satisfy.
