Will all RICH people will go to?

I heard a sermon on a radio (sorry i don't know where) that in the Bible it is written that it is easier for camel to fit through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to go to heaven.
Is it true that all RICH people will go to HELL? I am confused with this statement. Can anyone clear this small question?
