It’s Fight or Flight

It’s fight or flight
And I will fight
In the power of His might
Because victory is in sight.

Regardless of the onslaught
I will stand on my allotted plot
Digging my heels in His court
Because I am blood-bought.

Let Pharaoh and cohorts pursue
They will meet their waterloo
Because my God is faithful and true.
My foes, in His fire will stew.


Let Goliath and co advance
They are giving me a chance
For God to show His pre-eminence
Give me a song and a dance.

Let Herod be enraged to slaughter
I refuse to be moved or cower
My God is Alpha and Omega.
He is the Rock higher, stronger.

Dominion lost shall be regained
Territory lost shall be reclaimed-
Every ground God had fore-ordained
I take by force, sit, stand and reign

God’s glory shall be seen
God’s faithfulness shall be seen.
God’s presence shall be seen
God’s power shall be seen.


Stand strong in the face of the storm
Stand still and know that I am God
Resounding victory will soon come
Because I will uphold my word.
