Working with Him

Working with Him is duty’s delight;

Working for Him is daily supplies;

Walking in Him is living in full;

Waking for Him true confidence.



Fighting with Him is victory assured;

Fighting for Him is wisdom applied;

Feasting with Him is joy bestowed;

Fasting for Him is strength renewed.



Praying with Him is answer cock sure;

Praying for Him, serenity eternal;

Patient with Him is peace secured;

Pulling with Him is vision attained.

But we urge you, brothers, to do this more and more, and to aspire to live quietly, and to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we instructed you, so that you may live properly before outsiders and be dependent on no one.
