Christ’s Coming Is Sure

Christ’s Coming Is Sure
Just like it was said
Concrete as law
Because He is the Head.

His word will not fall
But shall be fulfilled
At the trumpet call
Just as He had willed.

So do not join the scoffers
Who doubt the promise;
And don’t join date-setters
Who are deceivers.

Like a thief it will come
Rude awakening for some
In a twinkling of an eye
Saints will take to the sky.
