If you procrastinate, you mitigate and emasculate;

Rise from sleep, leap into action to fulfil that dream;

Refuse to use the excuse ’Am no use, no money to use.’

Day-dreaming feeds no one, fleeces, leaves you broke;

You have what it takes on the inside of you;

Fear not; find, face, follow, fulfil your vision bloke;

Write it, read it, feed it, feed on it, tend it, pray it.

Muster, master, maximize, make the most of every minute;

Appraise to raise your game to avoid the Blame Game;

Know yourself; strengthen your strengths to outwit;

Stop the time-killers and distance the dream-stealers.

Start today from where you are;

plan, prepare push and you’ll go far

Get past regret; get on the move.
