Divine correction is a blessed correction
Coming to you because of your connection
It yields a harvest, banquet of righteousness
Brings honour and praise to the Son of righteousness

Accept the discipline; receive the chastening
Coming to you specially from the King of kings
He loves you with an everlasting, unfailing love
Much, much more than an earthly father’s love.

Discipline could be painful but also gainful
Chastening is challenging but also useful
So put your body under the mill by your will
Mind your mind to think His thoughts, to do His will

9 Since we respected our earthly fathers who disciplined us, shouldn’t we submit even more to the discipline of the Father of our spirits, and live forever?
10 For our earthly fathers disciplined us for a few years, doing the best they knew how. But God’s discipline is always good for us, so that we might share in his holiness. 11 No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening—it’s painful! But afterward there will be a peaceful harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way.

As I read your letter, I thought you hit it right on the
nail. Many people out there want to blame all the bad stuff they do on their
parents, not knowing that God has use them as a chisel to mold us; ready for God
to use us latter. God bless you Fenny, you are a breath of fresh air. Happy Birthday Jesus!!!! Anastasia
