Importance of Praying

“Seven times a day do I praise you” (Ps. 119:164).
To me, prayers must be regular and we must take out time to honor and worship God Almighty. To me morning and night prayers (before going to bed) are very important hours as they shield us againt evils of men and satan. The more we pray, the more we get closer to God. The second advantage regular prayers give us is that the prayers make us strong, "and nothing can make them stumble (Psalm 119:165)"
