Widen my world, O Lord
To go beyond my shores
Even without stepping out;
Reaching out for You,
Seeing through your eyes,
Reach out as your hands,
Going where you please,
Telling people the Good News,
Choosing what you choose.

Teach me to make disciples-
not Christians; to have a life-style
of reaching out; redeeming the time;
Knowing that the time is short.

Thank you for your Spirit
Come to equip me
to be productive for You.

Holy Spirit I acknowledge You-
My Helper, come and help me.
I acknowledge you as my Counsellor,
Counsel in the way I should go.
Teacher, teach me Your way.
Standby, stand by me each day.
Prompt me, inspire me, direct me.
Lead me in the path of fruitfulness.

May I be sensitive to those
who are searching for You
and guide them in the right path.
Help me to witness not just in words
but also in deeds of righteousness
.
May my life be a witness
of your love, power, compassion,
presence and pre-eminence,
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
