What non religious sources exist to back up the existence of a historic Jesus.?
I'm going to email this person the link to this question, and ask he
come back in an hour or two, and check it out. So don't all gang up on
this guy.
I know of the writings of Joseph of Aramethia but don't know if this
counts as non-religious certainly non-christian. And I wouldn't know
were these writings are held. So please if you reference this say where
those writings were found and were they are now, Oxford or Vatican I
suppose.

Blessings. The writings of Joseph of Aramethia are basically from
the Early Church Fathers. This is a bunch of writings that also comprise
of the Forgotten Books of the Bible. They are ancient and were rejected
as the basic bible for one reason or another by the Body Of Christ at that
time. The Jews however say that Joseph of Aramethia is credible. Legite.
They go for the archelogical facts and findings that are proven from the
writings as the writings from Josephius.
Supposedly Joseph of Aramethia was the Uncle of Jesus by Joseph the carpenter
being his brother. He was the one who ushered the Mother Mary and others out
of Jerusalem to the Island Of England, and from there the church grew. He was
a very wealthy trader in copper I believe, so he was given freedoms that others
were not in Jerusalem themselves.
There is much written about him that is of great Archeolgical facts. This is where
Brittian brags they are the first Church. I read all these things in mind that it is
fascinating, but our minds should be on Jesus Christ alone and HIS WORD.
I am a scholar myself with over 20+ years of study, but much study causes one
to grown weary, and drift away from the truth.
I hope this helps your questions. The EARLY CHURCH FATHERS is writings from the
Roman Catholic Church. Much in it is back dated to support the Roman Catholicism
of the Catholic Church. I look at everything as;
1. Is Jesus Christ being glorified?
2. Does the writings take away from the word of God?
Do they add to the word of God? If so, the book of Revelation
warns of such, being a curse of God on those who do so.
3. Our focus in these end times we live in, is to keep our eyes on Him.
For whom our election is sure.
