Broken Body, Bride Battered?
Fragmented, dismembered
Divided, bickering, derailed.
Unfaithful, disloyal, prostituting?
Dithering, distracted, disunited?
Having a crisis of faith at old age?
Doubting the Bible that
has stood the test of time?
Suddenly unsure of the
virgin birth and resurrection?
Accepting every wind of doctrine?
Unsure of the doctrine of heaven or hell?
Afraid to offend and compromising?

What is going on!
Have we suddenly lost direction
Not sure if there if He is the Way?
And now you say there are different ways?
Rubbishing all you have preached?
A house divided against itself
Will it not fall? Why this double speak?
Did Jesus die for nothing?
Does righteousness count for nothing?
Are there now pigs in the parlour?
Or even in the temple of God?

Is prosperity now a god
At whose altar many bow?
Is judgement beginning
with the house of God
And everything that can
be shaken being shaken?
Is this what it means:
‘many are called, but few are chosen?’
‘Not all who say to Me, ’Lord, Lord,
will enter the kingdom of heaven?’

Beloved, be not moved
Test every spirit and hold fast to that which is true.

There is a great tornado, a great Tsunami
An unprecedented hurricane
Sweeping throughout the globe
Apostolic, evangelical and Pentecostal
Stars are falling, like a park of cards.
It is like a spiritual domino
Many have been taken by surprise
Many are in despair, wondering,
’ Who will be saved?’
And who will be the next victim?
Have we believed a lie?
Is the devil winning?

Thank God, Jesus said
I will build my Church
And the gates of hell
shall not prevail against it.

Jesus is the Way to the Father
He is the truth and will never lie.
He is the Light that will ever shine
He is the Life who give eternal life.
He will preserve his sheep
Those who know His voice
Who follow Him and obey Him.

Those who take their eyes off Jesus
And place it on goods, money, people
Property, popularity, worldly empire
Risk falling away, blown away
By the ferocious evil wind.
It is no respecter of persons.

So let he that thinks he stands
Take heed lest he fall.

Pray for those who have fallen
Pray for those who are falling
You may be praying for yourself.
Stand your ground, persevere
Don’t ride that horse of pride:
IT-CANNOT- HAPPEN-TO-ME.

Yet do not live in fear
God has not given us a spirit of fear.
But that of love power and sound mind.
Regardless of what you see
The Church of God will prevail
The Lord knows those who are His
He is coming for a remnant
He is coming for the faithful few
Who will not soil their garments.

He is coming for the ‘five wise virgins’
Who will fill their lamps with oil
And keep their flame burning, ready.
He is coming for those
who are contending for the faith
Regardless of the falling away of some
Men and women little cedar, like oaks

The Bridegroom is coming for
A bride without spot nor wrinkle or blemish
The bride that had made herself ready.
Jesus is coming for those on the straight and narrow
Road that leads to eternal life;
Only those who suffer with Him will reign with Him
Only these will partake of the wedding-
The Marriage Supper of the Lamb
That body is one, united, not divided
Many members yet one body
Not just local but global
She will rise out of the current ashes-
Those who are not followers of men
But followers of Christ
Those who are not building empires
And kingdoms on this earth
But are building the kingdom of God
Those who are denying themselves daily
Dying daily, taking up their cross
Preaching the WHOLE Gospel
And following the Master
Those who are not afraid to offend
For the sake of saving souls
From damnation, true followers
Not after filthy lure and
The way of Balaam
But men and women
After God’s own heart.
Those who are not afraid
To come out from among
Them n and be separate
Those who know that the temple of God
Has nothing to do with the doctrine of demons
Those who will not Deny Him in public
Those who will be faithful to the end like Policarp
Those who will stand up to be counted
And speak the truth
Who will not bend the truth
To justify their experiences;
Those who will repent
where they have fallen.

Lord, uphold Your Church
In this evil day.
May we be discerning
Uncompromising, contending for the faith,
Unrelenting, watching, praying.
Keeping our yes on You-
The Author and finisher of our faith.

May we pray for each other
And love each other
And not shoot our wounded. soldiers
And fallen comrades.
May we not partake
Of the sins of others
Or deceive others
To partake of our sins.

O Lord, open the eyes of our hearts
To see where we have fallen and repent
Whole –heartedly, unreservedly.
For Your mercies are new
every morning and great is your faithfulness.

1 Timothy 4
The Great Apostasy
1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, 3 forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. 4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; 5 for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
A Good Servant of Jesus Christ

6 If you instruct the brethren in these things, you will be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished in the words of faith and of the good doctrine which you have carefully followed. 7 But reject profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise yourself toward godliness. 8 For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come. 9 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance. 10 For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach,[a] because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe. 11 These things command and teach.
Take Heed to Your Ministry

12 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit,[b] in faith, in purity. 13 Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. 14 Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership. 15 Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all. 16 Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.1Tim4
