The Name of Jesus is Above All!
Philippians 2:5-11
New King James Version (NKJV)
Why?
There’s power to soar in that Name
Authority in that Name
Victory in that Name
There is deliverance
and removal of encumbrance
in that Name.
Freedom from serfdom come from that Name.
The breaking of bondage comes from that Name
That name shatters any demonic cage and fetters
There is boldness and confidence in Jesus’ Name
And an end to barrenness, blindness, wickedness.
There is resurrection and rejuvenation in the name of Jesus.
Revelation and promotion come in His matchless Name .
Healing and filling, provision and creation come in His Name.
That name is irresistible, incredible
It rattles the cage of the enemy
It prevails and assails against all odds
It persists and insists on the Kingdom of God;
The reign of God and the rule of the Word of God.
It is a wonder- working Name
A breath of fresh air!
That Name ushers Heaven on the earth
Triggers light in darkness
Sight in blindness
Strength in weakness
Aroma in a stench
Beauty in ashes
Joy in place of mourning.
The Name of Jesus births fruitfulness in barrenness
Turns a desert into an oasis; evergreen forest.
His Name transforms and transcends all understanding
Brings peace profound in crisis
Raises shattered and dead dreams
Commands calm in a storm
It resound in heaven, on earth
and underneath the earth
O how sweet the sound of that Name!
It even raises the dead
Will raise any head
That is bowed down
Remove the furrows from frowns;
Open any prison door
Announcing year of Jubilee
Setting the prisoner free.
There is no other name like that Name
It is the sweetest name of all
Sweeter than the honey in the honey comb.
It is wonderful
Powerful
The greatest name
The most illustrious Name
Glorious, victorious
Gracious, precious
Priceless, timeless
Beautiful, bountiful
Boundless, selfless
His Name is preeminent
Magnificent, immanent
And simply resplendent!
The Name of Jesus is above all!
The name of Jesus was a threat to the Pharisees and Sadducees, so much so that they contrived many intrigues to silence that name. They commanded the disciples not to preach or teach in that Name. But the disciples were undaunted, adamant, healing people in the Name and proclaiming it without shame.
God wrought incredible signs and wonders in the Name of Jesus. And that Name remains as powerful today. So if you are a believer, don’t be shy or ashamed of that Name. Use it as your rod , your authority, wherever you go. Seas will be parted, barriers will be broken. You will be opposed but God will work wonders in that Name and He will be glorified.

New King James Version (NKJV)
Acts3:1-8, Phil2:5-11, John14:13-14,Acts4:7,10,12,17-18,29-30, Ps2:8The Humbled and Exalted Christ
5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. 9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

New King James Version (NKJV)
16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they[a] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
