CAUTION: Tongue Control
Greetings, peace and blessings in the name of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.
Matthew 5:37 Just say a simple, `Yes, I will,' or `No, I won't.' Your word is enough. To strengthen your promise with a vow shows that something is wrong.
Matthew 12:36 And I tell you this, that you must give an account on judgment day of every idle word you speak. 37 The words you say now reflect your fate then; either you will be justified by them or you will be condemned."
Ephesians 5:4 Obscene stories, foolish talk, and coarse jokes--these are not for you. Instead, let there be thankfulness to God.
Colossians 3:8 But now is the time to get rid of anger, rage, malicious behavior, slander, and dirty language.
Colossians 4:6 Let your conversation be gracious and effective so that you will have the right answer for everyone.
God bless
