A PRAYER FOR FACING TEMPTATION

Most merciful Father, in Your loving kindness, teach me to number my days and recognize how few they are; help me to spend them as I should according to Your will. Father I am weak and easily I give in to temptations, although I am aware that these temptations would lead me to sin and separate me from You. Father, keep me safe from temptations and secret and hidden attacks of satan and give me pover and authority over sin. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to Your heart, for this is the desire of my soul, in Jesus name. AMEN
