Hope Has a Mind-
Razor-sharp mind.
That’s never behind,
Just like Christ’s Mind.
Looks for the lost, to find.
It’s so gracious and kind,
Every wound can bind.
It has faith, the God-kind.
Hope has a mind
Full of good food;
Renewed, revived
Thinking like God.
Hope has a mind
Like a canvas,
engraving pictures
Of the future,
Like a sponge
Soaking up divine juice;
Like a computer
down-loading God’s mind.
Hope has a mind
Not conformed to this world,
But renewed by the Word;
Transformed, instructed
Propelled, directed heavenward.
