Push past the pessimism of Saul
Persevere till Goliath falls
See yourself through God’s eyes
This uncircumcised Philistine shall see his demise.
Seek agreement, do not rebel
If you will send Goliath to hell
Use the sling and stone you know
Not the unproven weapon on show.
Remind yourself of your covenant
Let this make you adamant
Be very bold and strong
And God will give you a song.
Your covenant speaks of protection
Provision, promotion, intervention
Intercession, restoration, resurrection
Remind yourself, even in this commotion and opposition.
Replay and review your testimony
And it will bring about a legacy
Let your boast be in the Lord
And you will have a great reward.
See Goliath through God’s eyes
Fallen, defeated, doomed to fall and never to rise.
Be adamant until there is unity and symphony
Then there will be synergy and great victory.

I love this! We daily need to remind ourselves of our commitment, our covenant
with Yahweh and be bold and strong in Him. Blessings!
