From Saul to Paul
Born a religious zealot and bigot
Believed he was doing God a favor
Maiming, imprisoning and killing Christians
Full of self-righteousness and none of God
Was greatly feared by all the believers
Obtained warrant to go and rein them in
On the Road to Damascus He met Jesus
A blinding light struck him down to his knees
Then came the voice, ‘Saul, Saul, why oppose Me?’
Blinded now, he asked, ‘Who are You, Lord.’
‘I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.’
‘What do you want me to do, my Lord’
‘Go to Ananias, who will tell you.’
‘Ananias, go to the house of Judas
There you’ll find a man called Saul of Tarsus
Lay hands on him to receive his sight.’
‘Lord, I don’t think this is a good idea
That man has been killing and maiming us.
I love heaven but I don’t want to come this soon.’
‘Go at once. This man is my chosen vessel.
He will suffer greatly for My Name’s sake,
And take the Gospel to the Gentiles and Kings.
Through his preaching My glory will surely ring.’
‘Brother Saul, the Lord you saw sent me to you
Receive your sight and the Holy Spirit.’
Saul, whose spiritual eyes were opened, born again
Received his sight and the Holy Spirit
God set in motion a great spiritual train.
The greatest enemy of the Church
Became the greatest beacon and champion, asset;
Building churches and writing best sellers;
Preaching the good news of the Prince of Peace.
God is sovereign over all; and those who are enemies of the Gospel today may well be its champions tomorrow. So we must not lose hope but keep our trust in the Lord in our evangelism. Let us pray for those who oppose the Gospel that the scales will fall off their eyes; that the more they oppose the Gospel, the more they will be drawn, magnetized into the kingdom of God.

Re: From Saul to Paul
You know Fenny the best part I understand from tranformation of Saul to Paul, is his atittude he develops. Very zealous and eager to kill becomes humble, patient and forgiving. This is what we become in Jesus Christ.
God bless you and your family

Extraordinary Paul
Yes, lovemylord,Paul gave his ordinary to the Lord and the Lord added His 'Extra' and it resulted in Paul's 13 best-sellers of all-time.
I pray that you and I will do the same so that God can use us to accomplish unusual things in these end times.

14 For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?" Esther4:14
